Clutter Healing® is growing rapidly and we’re curating a highly-selective group of organizers to clutter heal the greater Los Angeles area. Our intention is to create a world-wide presence. We are looking for several organizers and are seeking individuals who desire a position where they will grow with the company, not just work for the company.

About the job:
You’ll be working side-by-side with other organizers on-the-job and helping guide clients through the editing and organizing process. You will be categorizing, decluttering, space planning, organizing, styling and working as a team to provide excellent service to our clients.

On site job times fluctuate between the hours of 9am-5pm and there are no set or guaranteed hours. Please note that additional off-site hours may be required. Research + ordering products, donation drop offs and other client related errands are part of the organizing business and part of the client services Clutter Healing provides.

Compensation is commensurate with experience. Drive fees and mileage are part of the daily package as well.

-are a hardworking, multi-tasking individual + can maintain high energy levels for a 7-8 hour shift
-are teachable, focused and motivated
-are a spatial/visual learner and can easily see how to utilize + maximize space where others do not
-have excellent time management skills, and are able to prioritize and complete a set of tasks within a given time frame
-have an impeccable short term memory + listening skills
-you’re not one to sit around and wait for the next task but rather are proactive + anticipate project needs
-thrive in high stress situations
-are traffic savvy and know how to navigate LA efficiently
-are comfortable with technology + apps such as iNote, iPhoto + Google
-are looking for a long-term position and not just a job or side hustle
-excited about helping people live a clutter free life
-are interested or passionate about zero waste + eco friendly solutions
-are capable of lifting up to 30 pounds, walking, bending, climbing stairs and can be physically active for up to 8 hours
-are reliable, on-time and steadfast in your commitments
-are a licensed driver with your own car and up-to-date insurance + registration
-have previous professional organizing experience and/or experience in a related field (fashion, merchandising, events, home decorating + styling) – this is a plus, but not necessary
