3 Amazing Superfood Smoothie Recipes

Green Dream Smoothie


½ Cup Apple Juice
1 Apple Chopped and Cored
½ Avocado Chopped
½ Cup Kale
Blend smoothly and add water slowly to taste

Date Night Smoothie

4 Dates
1 TSP Almond Butter
½ Cup Greek Yoghurt
½ Cup Almond Milk
½ Banana
Ice Cubes (Optional)
Blend until smooth. Top with mixed or seasonal berries.

Berry Nice Smoothie

1 Cup Fresh or Frozen Raspberries
¾ Cup Almond Milk
¼ Cup Cherries or Strawberries
1 ½ TBS Natural Honey
2 TSP Ginger
2 TSP Lemon Juice
1 TSP Flax Seed
Blend until smooth.

Any of these will make a delicious and filling snack. You can also use any combination of super-foods that appeals to you.
