Using an ancient form of breathwork called Pranayama Yoga, the practitioner has an opportunity to clear out congested areas within both the physical and emotional bodies. The two-part breath practice allows one to tune into their own healing needs and abilities and often results in greater mental clarity, deep relaxation and bliss.
You can create a new paradigm for living by practicing a focused breathing pattern. You can feel a state of grace and ease. It is that simple. Just breathe.

Breathwork meditation is a means to reset your mind and body. Through focused intentional breathing, this meditation can help you discipline the mind and clear out toxic energy, thoughts and emotions.
We begin class by setting a very clear intention for our practice. Using a two-part deep breathing technique, we tune into our own healing needs and abilities. The practice often aids in releasing unnecessary judgements, fears and expectations. Breathwork resets the nervous system, oxygenates the blood and releases endorphins similar to a "runners high."
